Made from AISI 4145 H Modified Alloy Steel .Heat treated to 285-341 Brinell Hardness and 54 Joules minimum impact value. All physical properties would be guaranteed 1" below the surface. All threads are made strictly in accordance with API 7-1 specification. Qualified to NS-1 Standard.  

A.INTEGRAL STRAIGHT BLADE STABILIZERIntegral 3-straight rib stabilizer, integral 4- straight rib stabilizer, working surface are provided with carbide insert compound or overlay welding, etc. 

 B. INTEGRAL SPIRAL BLADE STABILIZERNote: Integral 3- spiral blade stabilizer, integral 4- spiral blade stabilizer ( string type, near bit type ). The working hard-facing  materials available separately are       1. carbide insert       2. inserted diamond compound       3. low temperature brazing  tungsten carbide slug       4. surface bead welding abrasive welding rod, etc.
